     got brand new md802, tried out on a citroen berlingo 55 reg van, scan worked fine, but when i tried obd11, all i get is linking error, done all the checks suggested in the manual but still no good. HELP?!!

     Same issue, i'm able to scan all modules on my Altima 2010 but when i try to connect with obd2 i get linking error. however, i tried it with Lexus and it worked so i can confirm its not a cable issue.

    i tried autel support but no response yet. i suspect its either compatibility issue or there is something wrong with my altima.
